No Advertising This service removes all advertising unlike our Free service. There are NO banners or Popups on this service. Easy To Set-Up & Use Adding a Gold Chat Room to your website is easy. Simply add the HTML code snippet we supply to a page on your site, set some values, upload the new page to your site and your set! Your Own Colours You can set the colour of various elements of the chat room to match your website colour scheme. Private 1-2-1 Chat Sessions Your chat room users can chat to each other in private 1-2-1 chat windows. Room Title & Welcome Message You can set your own chat room title and chat room welcome message. Allows 40 Room Users Up to 40 chat users can access your Gold Chat Room at any one time. (Many other providers restrict you to only 25!) Staff User Accounts You can create up to 20 staff user accounts. These users have access to staff features such as user warn and eject but do not have access to forum setup functions (only the Admin account may change forum settings!) Admin Controls As the Admin user you have access to chat room settings such as room welcome message, room title, and staff control lists. You can send all room users to a specified URL for special announcements, offers etc. You also have access to all staff controls. There is only one Admin account. Staff Controls Staff users can open and close a room floor (only staff can input to room), gag, warn and eject users, or run a quiz. Staff users are also provided with extra profile information such as a users IP address when they eject a user. Quiz Feature Staff users can run a trivia quiz session in the room with this feature. Includes a running scoreboard to show user scores! Banner Placement The main chat room applet (the part embedded into your page) is sized at the same width as a standard sized 468x60 banner allowing you to seamlessly add a banner above or below (or both) the chat room login panel using HTML on your page. User Profiles When a user logs into the chat room they have the opportunity of entering a brief profile. Other chat room users may view this profile whilst the user is still connected to the room. Technical Support Our technical support team will work with you every step of the way to set-up your chat room and are always at hand to help with any problems you may encounter, we pride ourselves on the level of support we offer. Furthermore, our own in-house testing software ensures your chat room is up and running when you need it!
